ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Our global IT strategies are driven by the four Ps, which consist of Profitable Growth, Partnership, Performance and Productivity. As a Commercial IT Business Analyst you will Partner with the Commercial Finance and Marketing functions in order to support execution of our business objectives and strategies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with key business and IT stakeholders globally
  • Work with the Business Process Owners to evaluate business processes and system improvements
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions for system enhancements and new Quoting, Rebate and Pricing initiatives
  • Support tool selection and gap analysis activities in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Work with functional Subject Matter Experts to ensure successful end to end functional testing and end user training
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and issue resolutions
  • Support roll out activities and knowledge transfer to Application Support teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of our IT practices, procedures and supporting tools
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a major in IT, Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • At least 5-7 years of fundamental experience as an IT Business Analyst in Commercial / Commercial Finance domain
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with pricing functions and processes (including but not limited to quoting, rebates and pricing) systems is a must have
  • Experience with Pricef(x), Salesforce CPQ, Oracle Advanced pricing, Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM - Administering Pricing or other pricing tools are highly desirable
  • Experience with pricing intelligence processes and systems is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and eCommerce systems is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a matrix environment
  • Capable to travel, and experience of working collaboratively across a range of cultures within a global structure
