We are looking for a highly driven IT Business Analyst Lead to guide our BA team in transforming complex business needs into clear, scalable digital solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering to build systems that truly solve business challenges — not just document them.

As the IT BA Lead, you won’t just gather requirements. You will shape the “why,” define the “what,” and collaborate with tech teams to deliver the “how.”

Job Descriptions

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for multiple concurrent projects, including requirements gathering, impact analysis (IA), FSD, and functional/technical scoping.
• Perform gap analysis, workflow mapping, and solution clarification for development and QA teams.
• Drive requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams and senior management.
• Provide solution guidance, clarify complex requirements, and facilitate issue resolution throughout the development cycle.
• Support pre-sales activities including requirement analysis, feasibility checks, and effort estimation.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, ticket refinement and user story management.
• Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clarified and ready for development.
• Support UAT planning and defect triage with QA and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide Business Analysts; perform review on BA deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
• Establish best practices, reusable templates, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Provide product knowledge leadership to BA, Dev, QA and client-facing teams.
• Review Statements of Work (SOW), High-Level Estimates (HLE), proposals, and change requests for accuracy.
• Conduct FSD/URS/CR walkthroughs with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in banking, fintech, or payment systems.
• Hands‑on experience preparing functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and functional diagrams.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into structured requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in managing multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
