Responsibilities
- Support the IT department’s daily operations, ensuring optimal performance of all IT systems, networks, and applications.
- Support the CIO in formulating IT strategies, policies, and digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee system development, customization, and enhancement projects, including API integration between logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) and external partners.
- Support in‑house software development or customization using appropriate programming languages (e.g., Python, PHP, C#, Java, or .NET).
- Maintain IT solutions to improve warehouse, transport, and inventory operations.
- Support IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
- Serve as escalation point for critical system or network incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Supervise IT team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide training or mentorship.
- Support preparation of project proposals, budgets, and progress reports for CIO review.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Professional, or AWS are advantageous.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in logistics / supply chain system environments such as WMS, TMS, or ERP.
- Track record in API development and integration (RESTful, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Practical experience with database management (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and system architecture.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, server management, data security, and backup systems.
- Track record in system implementation, automation projects, or process digitalization.
