Job description

LaZior Sdn Bhd is a leading health food brand in Malaysia with 11 years of experience in Meal Replacements, Grain Beverages, and Health Foods. As we expand our e-commerce ecosystem, we are seeking an IT Assistant (E-Commerce Systems) to support internal systems, manage databases, and ensure smooth digital operations.

System Administration: Assist in testing and monitoring internal e-commerce systems to ensure stability and efficiency.

Website Management: Maintain and update company websites, ensuring content accuracy and timely updates.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret online business data, preparing actionable reports to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Technical & Customer Support: Provide first-level support for system, payment, and order inquiries, as well as troubleshoot and resolve shipping-related issues.

Operational Support: Oversee daily order processing, including payment verification, stock coordination, courier arrangements, and administrative record-keeping.

Support other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

At least a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

At least 1 - 2 years of experience in IT/System roles or E-Commerce (Fresh Graduates are welcome).

Familiar with website CMS, system administration, and basic database management.

Knowledge of system integration and data analysis tools will be an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (中文).

Willing to work on-site at Eco Business Park 2, Senai, Johor.
