Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT support and administration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware and network.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel to site offices for on‑site support whenever necessary.
  • Able to standby for after office hours or weekend duties whenever necessary.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay (verbal and writing).
Responsibilities
  • Installation, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting and support of IT hardware, software and network.
  • Providing technical support and assistance to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
  • Monitoring and maintaining IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and assisting with procurement as needed.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing IT standard operating procedures to improve work processes.
  • Responding to IT related complaints and providing support to end‑users.
  • Assisting on setting up virtual group meetings using IT equipment.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.
