We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Application Support – Junior Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for providing first-level ERP support, developing and managing business processes using the Tellus BPM platform, and supporting in-house Power BI dashboard development. The ideal candidate will also contribute to low-code application development and collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless operations and data-driven decision-making.

Primary Job Description

ERP Local Support – First Level Escalation

Provide timely first-level support for ERP system issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic ERP problems or escalate to higher-level support.

Maintain documentation of common issues and resolutions.

Business Process Management (BPM – Tellus)

Develop, manage, and optimize workflows using the Tellus BPM platform.

Collaborate with process owners to ensure alignment with business goals.

Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Design and maintain in-house Power BI dashboards tailored to operational needs.

Work closely with Patcharee and Poonam to ensure data accuracy and visualization consistency.

Support data-driven decision-making through effective reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into low code solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using low-code platforms.
• Customize and configure BPM workflows, forms, and user interfaces.
• Provide first-level support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor M3.
• Optimize front-end performance and user experience.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage work effectively under pressure.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ERP support, business process management, or data analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms (mainly on Infor M3).
• Familiarity with BPM tools such as Tellus or similar workflow platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
