A global financial services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Administrator to provide high-quality IT support for regional offices. The role involves troubleshooting software, managing hardware inventory, and collaborating with global IT teams to ensure seamless operations. Candidates should possess strong IT support experience, familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow), and the ability to manage both remote and on-site assistance. Flexibility with shift coverage is required.

This role is primarily based in the local office, with additional remote support for global offices as part of our follow‑the‑sun support model. You will collaborate regularly with IT teams in the Americas, Europe, and APAC. Flexibility with shift coverage (08:00–18:00 GMT) may be required to accommodate global time zones. Travel to regional offices may be needed to provide hands‑on support, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and assist with on‑site implementations.
