Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Information Security Officer in Kuala Lumpur to manage, maintain and continually improve our ISMS in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001. The role focuses on governance, risk management, compliance, and audit readiness within a structured group security framework.

You will coordinate with the CISO, Head of ICT and ICT engineers to implement controls, drive security awareness, and ensure security posture across ICT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS framework and risk assessment methodologies.
• Auditing knowledge and ability to coordinate internal and external audits.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement across ICT and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct information security risk assessments, maintain risk registers and track mitigations.
• Coordinate internal audits and external ISO certification audits and track remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain security procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Drive security awareness and training initiatives for employees.
• Assess security impact of system changes and work with ICT teams to implement controls.
