Bir Ali The Atmosphere in Malaysia is seeking an Islamic Preschool Teacher (Hostel Provided) to create a safe and nurturing learning space. You will plan daily lessons, monitor child development, and collaborate with staff to deliver engaging activities that align with the curriculum.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education and at least 1 year of kindergarten teaching, plus strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of kindergarten teaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

ISLAMIC PRESCHOOL TEACHER (Hostel Provided)

The Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while supporting the children's learning, development, wellbeing, and daily needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging daily lessons and activities according to the school's curriculum and learning objectives
• Create a safe, fun, positive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages children to learn, explore, participate, and develop their confidence
• Monitor and support each child's academic, social, emotional, physical, and behavioural development
• Provide appropriate care and supervision throughout the school day while ensuring the children's safety, health, wellbeing, and daily needs are properly attended to
• Prepare teaching materials, learning resources, classroom displays, activities, and maintain an organised and welcoming classroom environment
• Maintain good communication with parents regarding children's progress, development, behaviour, activities, and other relevant matters
• Work closely with other teachers and the Principal to ensure smooth classroom operations and provide the best possible learning experience for the children
• Participate in school events, Open Days, Sports Days, celebrations, training, meetings, and other programmes organised by the school

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is preferred
• At least 1 year of teaching kindergarten experience
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development
