Job summary

Nestlé Malaysia, via Nestlé Global Procurement, seeks an Assistant Procurement Manager – IS/IT in Kuala Lumpur to support global IS/IT category strategy, balancing value with technical and manufacturing requirements in a multinational, matrix organization.

You will lead negotiations, contribute to sourcing strategy, and drive cost optimization with stakeholders across IT, procurement and finance; Nestlé offers hybrid work, learning opportunities, health insurance and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement of IS/IT or Digital Marketing categories.
• Experience in multinational, matrix organisations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute negotiation events seeking best total cost of ownership (TCO) contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers as approved by the Procurement Managers.
• Contribute to the global sourcing strategy by implementing the supplier management plan.
• Identify opportunities for cost and efficiency optimization, and lead global initiatives to enhance value creation.
• Analyze data to support the development of effective IT procurement strategies.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to integrate category plans and achieve results.
