Job summary

Insulet Corporation in Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia is seeking an IPQA Inspector to perform QA acceptance activities for incoming, in-process, and lot qualification inspections to support Malaysia manufacturing.

You will handle inspection, testing, and data recording in MES/SAP, use precision measuring instruments, and ensure output meets quality standards while escalating deviations as needed. This role requires accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or its equivalent with a combination of experience.
• 1-2 years of on-the-job QA/QC inspection experience in visual inspection and precision measurement instruments.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing and measurement for incoming, in-process, or lot qualification according to work instructions and procedures.
• Generate required documents and record data in MES/SAP and checklists, following good documentation practices.
• Handle and use QC dimensional measuring instruments and tester equipment; accept or reject inspection results and report deviations promptly.
• Participate in first-level troubleshooting of QA inspection issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain 5S and safety in the workplace and assist with MRB/NCMR duties when required.
