This pivotal role involves driving IPO readiness and establishing governance standards. The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with 8–10 years of experience, including IPO exposure and strong technical skills in financial reporting. You will oversee finance operations while mentoring the team in preparation for post-IPO reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in IPO preparation or extensive knowledge of Bursa/listing requirements.
• Background in Big 4 Audit with commercial experience in a Listed Company or MNC.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end IPO preparation process.
• Manage the financial due diligence process accurately.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS for all financial reporting.

Education
