Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an Assembly and Test IP Security Engineer to strengthen security controls, reduce risk, and ensure business continuity across AT operations. You will partner with EIS and AT to implement security measures protecting Micron's IP and sensitive data.

You will drive governance, data protection, and access management programs, while fostering a security-first culture and collaborating with various teams to meet Micron's security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cyber security or engineering.
• 3–5 years in semiconductor industry with information security exposure.
• Familiarity with semiconductor assembly and test processes.
• Expertise in data classification, data inventory management, data loss prevention, and data sharing governance.
• CISSP/CISM/PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with EIS and AT business to align security roadmaps, strategies, and requirements.
• Define goals and initiatives to improve Micron's security posture per the 7 Security Disciplines.
• Secure data handling across the organization, including data classification and entitlements management (EPMS).
• Drive Identity & Access Management initiatives, including RBAC for access governance.
• Contribute to Physical Security and third-party risk management programs.
• Promote security awareness and culture through campaigns and communications.
• Support program governance and manage access/exception requests to protect Micron's IP.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor security health; manage AT BISO SharePoint and Confluence pages.
• Explore AI-enabled solutions to enhance BISO operations and decision making.
