The role entails providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting after-sales issues, and liaising with various stakeholders. Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Engineering, specializing in IoT or Computer Science.
• Basic understanding of computer networking protocols.
• Good knowledge in Threat analysis and risk assessment.
• Fluency in written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support IoT development team for product evaluation.
• Help process development-related documentation.
• Provide technical support for customers' inquiries.

Job description

Support IoT development team for new product evaluation.

Support Regulation team for Cybersecurity Compliance evaluation.

Help to process new development related documentation.

Provides technical support for market technical enquiry.

Follow up after-sales technical issue and provide prompt and accurate solutions to customers.

Liaise with customers and vendors for product-related issues.

Monitor and analyze the health status of IoT system.

Job Requirement

Degree in IT or Engineering (Information technology in IoT, Computer Engineering, E&E Engineering, Computer Science, Information System of the equivalent)

Basic understanding of computer networking such as DHCP, TCP/IP, Routers, etc.

Good knowledge in Threat analysis, risk assessment and vulnerability verification.

Able to speak and write Japanese language fluently (Prefer JLPT N2 qualification or higher, or equivalent)

Ability to quickly find and resolve issues.

Ability to work in a team.
