Job summary

ZALORA Group is seeking an experienced iOS engineer to join the Post Purchase squad, shaping a high-quality app experience for millions of customers. You will collaborate with Product and UX teams to design features for the iOS platform, while contributing to a transition to a more testable, stable architecture using the latest Swift features alongside legacy Objective-C.

You will focus on performance optimization, offline storage, concurrency, and modern architectures (MVVM, VIPER), with

Qualifications

Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, Cocoa and Xcode.
Knowledge of Reactive Programming (RxSwift or Combine).
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
Self learner and able to independently contribute to the iOS codebase.
Experience with offline storage, concurrency, threading and performance tuning.
Knack for benchmarking and optimization.
Proficient with Unit testing/TDD and XCTest or other unit testing tools.
Working knowledge of the mobile architectures (MVVM, VIPER).
SOLID understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and design patterns.
Bonus for CI/CD, automation tools or functional programming.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Product and UX Research teams to design and develop features for the iOS platform.
Contribute to developing and enhancing ZALORA's Customer Growth, ensuring users enjoy a smooth and satisfying journey after their purchase.
Build high-performance, well-structured native apps with modern iOS best practices.
Ensure the app's optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness.
