Responsibilities
  • Preparing and processing invoices for clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring all invoices are properly coded and categorised according to our accounting systems
  • Reconciling invoices against purchase orders and delivery records
  • Verify customers details, ship to address, pricing, discounts, stock availability and payment terms before generating invoices
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure all the necessary documentation / info fully provided for billing.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and finance teams as required.
  • Assist in document updating and filing.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing best practices
