As a Investor Relations Analyst, you will report to and support your Country and/or Regional Investor Relations senior. Your responsibilities include responding to investor inquiries, analyzing and forecasting data, equity research and all equities-related scopes. You will monitor analyst activities, peer performances and news to provide insights. Maintain an investor/analyst database and enquiries where required.

Responsibilities
  • Support to continuously respond to inquiries from investors with accuracy and timeliness
  • Analysis and forecasting of internal and external data to provide market outlook to manage investors/analysts’ perception
  • Monitoring analyst reports, peers news and developments and communicating internally about the competitive information
  • Coordinate and/or conduct investor-related activities including meetings, preparation of materials such as presentations and research
  • Regularly participate in external reporting activities
  • Opportunity to learn capital markets and corporate finance skills
  • Support the Head of Investor Relations on required tasks
  • Teamwork with all peers
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s or Degree or equivalent specializing in one or more of the following disciplines – Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field. Any differing disciplines can be considered.
  • Literacy in financial statements and valuation models (compulsory for a assistant manager level and above)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, consistency and timely responses
  • Collaborative working style across internal and external teams
  • Direct work experience in the investment community on the buy or sell-side would be an added benefit
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Bloomberg and/or CapIQ are also beneficial
