The Investment Manager is responsible for conducting market research on the WTE industry, including environmental regulations, competitor movements, customer needs and investment-related policies. The role supports senior leadership in evaluating, screening and acquiring WTE projects and assists in managing project development activities such as feasibility assessments, partner negotiation and early-stage planning. The position oversees the tracking and execution of investment projects, ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, the Investment Manager helps maintain strong relationships with government bodies and local partners to support long-term cooperation. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication and negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of BOT models, government procurement and environmental-sector regulations. Candidates should possess at least a bachelor’s degree, three years of relevant experience and the capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced international WTE project environment.
