We are seeking Investment Associate/ Investment Manager experience in Venture Capital or Corporate Finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong deal experience, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across Asia and other regions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and technology landscape mapping
• Support the full investment process — from deal sourcing and due diligence to financial modeling and valuation
• Assist in monitoring portfolio performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities, and supporting value‑creation initiatives
• Contribute to internal investment memos, deal structuring, investment committee materials preparation, thought leadership, and trend analysis
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Stay up to date with global innovation trends in various technology sectors
• Maintain and update internal databases, research files, and CRM systems
• Support regulatory and compliance documentation as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in venture capital, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or tech startup
• Solid analytical and research skills, with basic proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
• Strong interest in emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and Web3
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients
