Job description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
  • Support business growth initiatives by assisting in the sourcing and evaluation of new business and investment opportunities.
  • Facilitate the progression of investment projects from development through execution by providing analysis, coordination, and documentation support.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes, governance requirements, and internal controls throughout all stages of project and investment activities.
  • Provide operational and analytical support towards the achievement of TRXC’s approved short-, medium-, and long-term corporate goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential business development and investment opportunities to support TRXC’s strategic priorities.
  • Support the monitoring of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business insights and opportunity assessments.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement activities, including coordination with agents, prospects, investors, and authorities to support business development efforts.
Commercialisation
  • Assist in conducting market studies, data gathering, and due diligence to support commercial and investment analysis.
  • Contribute to the preparation of business models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for potential investment opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of investment proposals, commercial papers, and presentation materials for management review and approval.
  • Provide analytical, coordination, and documentation support to ensure seamless execution of commercialisation activities and project requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid, hands‑on experience in strategy projects, corporate deals, M&A, property development, infrastructure projects, or other relevant commercial/technical fields.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly through excellent verbal, written, and presentation capabilities in English.
  • Demonstrated integrity, resilience, and professionalism, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver high‑quality outputs within tight deadlines.
