Job summary

Sanmina in Malaysia is seeking an Inventory Analyst to coordinate solutions for inventory control and collaborate with interplant and external parties on excess and obsolescence disposition.

You will maintain data for periodic reporting to management, regional and corporate offices while supporting the Inventory Manager to meet KPIs and E&O targets. AI-assisted tools will help automate reporting and improve data integrity across the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Materials Planning / Production Control or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of materials management, inventory control and supply chain preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI is preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
