Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Project Manager to lead sustaining projects in the Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Therapies sectors. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites, manage schedules, costs and risks, and drive project execution from kickoff through completion.

The role requires a Bachelors in Engineering/PM, 3–5 years in PM or engineering, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams. A hybrid work model with 3 days/week in the office is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant project management or engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hybrid work model with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across several sites and manage multiple projects from small to large scope, including schedule, scope, costs and resources.
• Develop and implement overall project plans, including cost, schedule, risk, performance and monitor progress against business key objectives and goals.
• Drive prioritization of sustaining projects cadence with functional managers and leadership team.
• Mentors and coaches other functional and project managers to build team ownership.
• Identify, communicate and manage moderate to high levels of technical risk.
