Job summary

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year or final-year bachelor students in Accounting/Accounting & Finance, Information System or Data Analytics with second-class upper.
• Proficient in English; strong leadership and teamwork.
• Interest in audit, IT controls, and data analytics within audit context.

Responsibilities

• Test IT General Controls (ITGC) under guidance.
• Support preparation and documentation of technology assurance workpapers.
• Help gather and organize client information related to systems and processes.
• Execute basic data analytics procedures to support audit activities.
• Prepare simple reports or visual summaries of audit data.
• Participate in team meetings to understand how data supports audit conclusions.

Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Technology Risk Assurance team as Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for final-year Degree students who are keen to explore how technology and controls support financial reporting and business processes. You will gain hands‑on experience in Technology Risk Assurance and data analytics while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

IT General Controls (ITGC)

• Assist in testing IT General Controls (e.g., access management, change controls, backup procedures) under guidance
• Support the preparation and documentation of technology assurance workpapers based on standard methodologies
• Help gather and organize client information related to systems and processes

Data Analytics in Audit (DAT)

• Assist in executing basic data analytics procedures to support audit activities
• Help prepare simple reports or visual summaries of audit data
• Participate in team meetings to understand how data supports audit conclusions

Education and professional skills / knowledge

Experience & Education

• Penultimate-year and final year students studying Bachelor of Degree in Accounting/Accounting & Finance, Information System, Data Analytics or equivalent with at least a second-class upper grade

Other skills

• Keen interest in audit, IT controls, and data analytics in the audit context
• Active in extra-curricular activities in school/university with strong leadership skills
• A strong team player, analytical mindset and has good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English language, both spoken and written
