Job summary

Poladrone Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a Growth-minded professional to support the Growth Manager. You will brainstorm new ideas, conduct research on demand growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth across our key verticals.

Travel to plantations and estates is expected. You will work with the latest drone tech, prototyping equipment, and MS Office tools; a go-getter mindset and proactive collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Growth experience, analytical mindset and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel to plantations and estates.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.

• Assist Growth manager to brainstorm and improve growth initiatives.

• Responsible in assisting the Growth manager brainstorm new ideas and constantly improving Poladrone's growth initiatives cutting across all key verticals.
• Assist Growth manager to do research on potential opportunities for demand growth, and effectively communicate new concepts.
• Work closely with Growth Manager internally and externally to effectively execute growth initiatives and projects

Good to have:

• Experience in growth, analytical and project management.
• Willingness to travel (including plantations and estates!)
