Job summary

VSTECS Berhad in Malaysia seeks a junior Graphic Designer/marketing assistant to support event materials, campaign execution, and asset formatting. You will collaborate with designers, vendors and internal teams while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

Duties include basic content creation (visual + copy) and adapting assets for IG, LinkedIn and EDM formats. Degree or diploma in design or marketing is preferred, with own transport and Kota Damansara work location.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or equivalent.
• Basic to intermediate Canva & Adobe Illustrator (must-have).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Good sense of layout, colour, typography & branding.
• Able to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Basic understanding of social media design formats (IG, LinkedIn, EDM).
• Preferably with own transport and able to work in Kota Damansara.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event materials (backdrops, standees, presentation slides).
• Support campaign execution and marketing events.
• Resize, adapt & format creative assets for different platforms.
• Help with basic content creation (visual + simple copy).
• Collaborate with designers, vendors & internal stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc marketing and branding task.
