Job summary

Berlitz (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Graphic Designer for an internship in the KLCC area. You will join the marketing team to deliver creative design work across digital and print media.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills, creativity, and visual communication expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Experience creating designs for digital and print media.
• Attention to detail with ability to deliver polished, professional work.
• Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Flexibility to adapt to feedback and evolving project requirements.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join Berlitz (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd on a INTERNSHIP basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute creative designs and visual solutions that support our brand identity and marketing initiatives. Based in KLCC area, you will work flexibly as a internship team member, collaborating with our marketing and communications teams to deliver impactful design work. This role offers the perfect balance for designers seeking flexible working arrangements whilst making a meaningful contribution to a globally recognised education and language training organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating visually compelling graphic designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, and promotional content


• Developing and maintaining design consistency across all brand materials in line with Berlitz brand guidelines


• Collaborating with marketing and communications teams to conceptualise and execute design projects that meet business objectives


• Producing high-quality designs for websites, email campaigns, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials


• Incorporating feedback and revisions to ensure designs meet client and stakeholder expectations


• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence


• Staying current with design trends and industry best practices to enhance the quality of our visual communications


• Supporting the development of design assets for internal and external campaigns

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
