Job summary

Iroom Living Sdn Bhd, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a versatile Multimedia Designer to craft social media visuals, short-form videos, and recruitment materials for our property management portfolio. The role emphasizes a warm, Muji-inspired aesthetic and proactive on-location shoots.

You will design graphics for property listings, assist with templates and presentations, shoot and edit Reels/TikTok content, and help build a centralized library of assets in a collaborative team environment,

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in design-related field.
• Strong eye for minimalist design and layout.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Visual Asset Creation for social media, listings, posters, promotions.
• Video Production & Editing for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
• Personal branding support and social media assets for founder initiatives.
• Photography & on-location shoots; organize a central asset library.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
• A strong eye for minimalist design, layout, and current social media visual trends.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (highly preferred for handling XHS/Tiktok content).
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to step out from behind the screen to shoot on location.

Responsibility

1. Graphic Design & Visual Asset Creation

• Design engaging social media graphics, property listings, posters, and promotional materials.
• Apply and maintain a consistent visual identity, focusing on warm, "Muji-inspired" and "creamy" aesthetic styles across our digital platforms.
• Assist in designing internal company templates, presentation decks, and recruitment materials.

2. Video Production & Editing

• Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) showcasing our homestay units, room makeovers, and behind-the-scenes operations.
• Edit video clips with engaging pacing, trending audio, and dynamic captions.

3. Personal Branding & Social Media Support

• Support content planning and visual design for founder-led social media initiatives, specifically creating assets for Xiaohongshu (XHS) series like "Uncle's Entrepreneurship Notes."
• Monitor current platform trends and brainstorm creative angles to share business insights and property features.

4. Photography & Media Organization

• Assist with on-location property photo shoots, helping to stage rooms so they look inviting and well-lit.
• Organize and maintain a central digital library of all photos, videos, and design assets for easy team access.
