Job summary

Inno Visual Communication and Media in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field to join our team as an editorial/production assistant. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools while supporting editors and the production team.

Responsibilities include reviewing video content for clarity, collaborating on project goals, and managing digital assets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of video editing principles and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for media production and content creation.

• Assist senior editors with content editing and proofreading.
• Review and edit video content for clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure content aligns with project goals.
• Manage and organize digital assets and project files.
• Conduct research for content development and fact-checking.
• Learn and apply editing software and techniques.
• Provide support for various media production tasks as needed.
