Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional for a role in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle the full set of accounts, monitor cash flow and financial reporting, and prepare monthly management reports. Strong time management and communication skills are essential; Mandarin is an added advantage.

The position offers monthly internship allowance, on-the-job training, and hands-on industry exposure. Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting and 2–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with SQL Accounting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Monitor payroll, commissions and staff claims; SST, EPF, SOCSO and statutory submissions.
• Monitor customer payments and company expenses.
• Prepare P&L reports.
• Support budgeting and financial planning with management.
• Ensure proper filing and accounting documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers.
• Monitor overdue payments and financial risks.
• Improve internal accounting SOP and financial control system.
