Job summary

Impact Integrated in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented finance and accounting assistant to support the preparation of monthly financial reports and related schedules. The role includes assisting in AP/AR activities, data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining up-to-date financial records and documentation.

You will also assist with basic variance analysis and the compilation of financial information as required, contributing to day-to-day financial operations within the team.

Qualifications

• Assist in preparation and compilation of monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including data entry, reconciliation and verification of supporting documents.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, databases and documentation.
• Support basic variance analysis and compilation of financial information as required.
• Assist with other day-to-day financial tasks.
