Job summary

Liberty General Insurance Berhad is seeking a Marketing Intern in Kuala Lumpur to assist in planning and executing events and activations. You will work with vendors, manage budgets, and help develop communications for Mailchimp, social media, and the website.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to create posters and festive greetings, and support in producing marketing materials and collateral.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Basic understanding of strategic marketing principles and social media tools

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and activations.
• Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on event performance.
• Support in developing external communications materials for platforms like Mailchimp, ExactTarget, social media, and the website.

• Familiarity with basic design skills, including Canva proficiency
