Job summary

Dynamics365Lab.io is seeking an Internal Audit Executive to join our Johor, Malaysia team. You will perform audit assignments aligned with the annual plan and assess internal controls in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy/Business/Economics (or ACCA/CIMA full or partial) and has 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills and SAP knowledge being a plus; excellent communication and the ability to present findings clearly are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in accountancy, business administration or economics.
• ACCA/CIMA qualifications or partial progress preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge adds advantage.

Responsibilities

• To complete audit assignments as per annual audit plan in a timely manner.
• Ensure audit processes are followed and completed per plan including planning, field work, documentation, findings presentation and report drafting.
• Demonstrate integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Utilise computer skills across word processing, spreadsheets, databases and email.
• Assist in planning, testing and executing internal audit activities and monitor internal controls.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by HOD.

• ·Skills In Effective Verbal And Written Communications, Including Active Listening Skills And Skill In Presenting Findings And Recommendations.

Job Description

1. 1.To complete audit assignments as per annual audit plan in a timely manner.
2. 2.To ensure audit processes are closely followed and completed timely as plan for all audit assignments. (i.e from planning, audit field work, audit documentation , prepare and presentation of audit findings in exit meeting ,drafting audit reports and etc)
3. 3.Good integrity and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
4. 4.Excellent computer skills and proficiency with a variety of computer applications including word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, on-line systems, Internet as well as online calendaring and email.
5. 5.Assist in the planning, testing and executing of internal audit activities and examine and monitor the company's internal control system and provide value added solutions.
