Bumi Armada Berhad invites an Intern in Mechanical Operation & Maintenance to support daily maintenance activities in a global offshore setting. The goal of Intern Maintenance & Technical Support is to deliver sustainable efficiency improvement, close the loop, and to deliver functional performance into the daily operational issue. The role will require to assist Reliability Engineer/Manager close liaison with AI/In-country, to consolidate technical matters/discussion. To consolidate operation data management on daily/monthly basis.
Key Accountabilities & Duty Statement:
Administration:
Assist in communication with site personnel at offshore and in-country technical support.
Assist to consolidate operation data management on daily/monthly basis.
Assist in consolidating Equipment failure report/RCFA data gathering and verification.
Technical Review and support:
Exposure on performing technical research and develops solutions to engineering problems.
To learn and support continuous improvement process, development process and design workflows to minimize unnecessary stoppages and breakdown.
Assist in review vendor document list from Offshore and acquire approval from KL if required.
Documentation support:
Ensure all Equipment Failure report / RCFA report is consolidated and tracked.
Support in data gathering for monthly Reliability report.
Keep track on Reliability and Major Maintenance issues and update accordingly.
QHSE:
Assists ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
