Job summary

Generali Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a junior AI operations assistant to support AI-related projects and the setup of pipelines between data and AI accounts for POC studies.

You will help verify data quality in MLOps, document SBOMs and tech stacks, and collaborate with business analysts on data collection and mapping tasks. The role also covers R&D support for AI solutions and LLM tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Mathematics.
• Basic Cloud engineering knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.

Job description

This role will assist on AI related operations and projects. Assist in the setup of the pipeline between the data account and the AI account, Work with business analysts and/or business team to assist in the data collection and data mappings that are necessary for the POC study.

Main Responsibility

• AI SBOM and tech stack documentation Meeting Minutes.
• Other AI related documentations.
• Work with business analysts and/or business team to assist in the data collection and data mappings that are necessary for the POC study.
• Verify the quality of data in MLOps.

Assist in the setup of the pipeline between the data account and the AI account. Assist in the machine learning training and testing (if applicable).

PoC

• Assist in the R&D of AI solutions in the areas such as data extraction, image analysis or data science.
• Assist in the development of LLM AI solutions and tools.

GIMB AI Platform

• Assist in the setup of the GIMB AI platform with Terraform. Learn the standards of Generali Group architecture.

Qualification and Experience Requirement

• Preferably a Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• Basic Cloud engineering knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Python programming language.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.
