Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking a driven HR Service Delivery Intern to support our Kuala Lumpur HR team. You will assist with employee inquiries, benefits, leave, and onboarding using AskP&C and SAP in a busy, global environment.

The role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, data maintenance for onboarding/offboarding, and involvement in trainings and employee engagement efforts, helping you grow within a sustainability-focused tech firm.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing employee inquiries and delivering prompt support related to HR policies, employee benefits, and leave using AskP&C & SAP.
• Support the administration of HR processes such as onboarding & onboarding in AskP&C.
• Support data maintenance activity in local statutory bodies system for onboarding and offboarding cases.
• Assist HRSD Executive in conducting monthly leave audits and accruals, and updating annual leave entitlements.
• Assist in coordinating insurance enrollments and terminations related to onboarding/offboarding.
• Support gathering data and generating basic HR reports.
• Assist in preparing promotional communications/tools, emails, videos or Yammer updates.
• Support organization of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement events.

Key Responsibilities
