About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business, the company and the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with others to prepare requirement gathering templates and checklists.
• Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to gather user requirements.
• Analyze user requirements, structure them into business capabilities and functions.
• Analyze data, perform data mapping and identify discrepancies.
• Own and prepare project documentation (user requirements, user journey, functional specification, test plan and cases, user manual, etc.) and produce professional documentation with high quality.
• Work with solution architects and developers to brainstorm high‑level solutions and support proof‑of‑concept activities.
• Work on document intelligence for Gen AI Chatbot, convert documents into Markdown format, create flow charts and improve answer accuracy.
• Draft documentation writing standards (format, terminology, structure) for Gen AI consumption.
• Contribute to classification taxonomy and tagging schema.
• Collect and inventory documents, analyze and review format, perform chunking.
• Develop Q&A templates and produce Q&A pairs; prioritise high‑frequency Q&As and set accuracy targets per question type, tune and improve accuracy continuously.
• Support communication between business and development teams.
• Provide basic system training to business users.
• Work with the Project Manager to manage user‑requirement changes and follow company SDLC processes.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and take initiative to research and learn new technical or business knowledge required for the project.
• Strive to become the domain subject‑matter expert or champion in the future.

Job Requirements

• Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate business information to project stakeholders.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to read and understand basic scripts, code, XML or YAML.
• Ability to write code is an advantage.
• Experience with school projects involving web or mobile app development is a plus.
• General knowledge of AI (Gen AI/Agentic AI), analytics, business intelligence, chatbot, large language models, machine learning, OCR and retrieval‑augmented generation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of document chunking and segmentation strategies is an advantage.
• Experience with UI visual/mock‑up tools, user journey tools and online collaborative whiteboard platforms (e.g., Miro, Figma, Mural) is an advantage.
