Job summary

Euro Fabric Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Admin Marketing Intern in Malaysia to support daily marketing and administrative tasks. The role involves assisting with social media, content creation, and data management, helping the team execute campaigns and maintain records.

The internship offers exposure to marketing operations, digital tools, and collaboration with the Sales Team. We welcome candidates pursuing marketing, business, or related degrees with strong English/Bahasa Malaysia skills

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, or other design/editing software is an advantage.
• Creative, responsible, well-organised, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily marketing and administrative operations.
• Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create simple marketing content, including photos, videos, and product postings.
• Maintain and update customer databases and company records.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team on customer enquiries and follow-up activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing documents.
• Perform general office administration and other tasks assigned by the management.
