Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily interior renovation site condition works and any other related activities
• Coordinate sub-contractors and including general workers and work task on site
• To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures and update to progress
• Minimize material and manpower wastage
• Handle labour and supplier disputes
• Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc

Requirements

• Minimum education: Diploma and above
• Required skills: Site Supervision, Project Management, Renovation, Communication
• Candidates must have at least 3 year of related interior renovation site experience
• Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues
• Attend site meetings with site agent & sub-contractors
• Must be willing to go outstation when in needed of task.
