The Makeover Guy's Sabah is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Consultant to advise homeowners on interior makeover services and maximise property returns. You will build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present strategic solutions across our offerings.

Qualifications

Client servicing experience preferred.
Interest in interior design, styling, home furnishing or real estate.
Fluent in English.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Results-driven with a high level of accountability.
Knowledge of Interior Design is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Understand the client's needs and lifestyle, and provide solutions based on our services.
Demonstrate good communication abilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Study industry trends, home renovation, and smart interior solutions.
Perform area analysis on surrounding areas of the property.
Prepare cost estimates and quotations for the homeowners.
Project and forecast monthly revenues.
Analyze workflow to ensure high efficiency.
