About the role

✨ We’re Hiring: Interior Designer ✨ Join our dynamic team and bring spaces to life! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Interior Designer to work on exciting commercial and retail projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and project teams, attend client meetings, and turn ideas into practical, well-executed spaces. If you’re passionate about design, meticulous with details, and skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape — we’d love to hear from you!

What you\'ll be doing

• Collaborate with the Head of Interior Design, Project Manager, clients, and building management to ensure drawings align with actual project requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, document requested changes and translate them into accurate design updates.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to capture precise measurements, ensuring drawings accurately reflect real site conditions.
• Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Enscape.
• Ensure design details maintain accuracy, logical flow, and user accessibility — avoiding unrealistic dimensions or impractical layouts.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to implement design changes and provide progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.

What we\'re looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in interior design drafting and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Enscape.
• Highly meticulous, logical, and detail-oriented in preparing drawings.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, measurement accuracy, and practical usability.
• Willingness to travel locally and oversea for site surveys (mileage claims provided for local travel).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator for presentation materials.
• Experience in commercial, retail, or F&B interior projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Strong creativity with an eye for aesthetics, materials, and finishes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
• Able to understand/speak of Japanese will be prioritize.
