Job Overview

Leads daily payment operations, including deposits, withdrawals, gateway monitoring, and issue resolution. Oversees reporting, ensures SOP compliance, and drives improvements to payment flow across markets. Requires strong analytical skills, team leadership experience, and online/digital payment expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor payment gateways, bank transactions, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related matters.
  • Prepare daily/weekly payment performance reports.

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in Payment Operations, Finance, or Banking, preferably in related industries.
