YOUR ROLE

i) Operational Reporting:

Monitor and track project progress against key operational milestones, deliverables, and schedules. Support daily operational reviews and ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date project information.

ii) Resource Coordination

Assist in developing and maintaining project resource schedules and plans. Gather and compile critical data on manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure proper allocation and availability. Coordinate logistics to guarantee timely delivery of all required resources.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions while working independently when required.
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written), with strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Office, Power Point applications for tracking and analyzing operational data.
