Your role:

  • Work as part of our Global View Implementation team to facilitate client data mapping and translation to GlobalView data structures and values.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own data integration into GlobalView.
  • Facilitate client data mapping and translation.
  • Handle client data conversion, loading, and verification.
  • Advise clients based on previous HCM integration experience.
  • Partner with GlobalView Consultants on data configuration and readiness.
  • Ensure quality of integration solutions and client satisfaction.
  • Transition client artifacts into client services.
  • Create an inspiring team environment, set goals, and track metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of payroll configuration experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 4 years in implementation or client service roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems.
  • Payroll background.
  • Experience in data mapping, translation, and conversion.
  • Experience leading HCM integration teams (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, WFN).
  • Experience as an Integration/Interface consultant.
  • Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
  • Experience managing client relationships.
