OLIVER Agency - APAC in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Integrated Project Manager (Account Manager) on a 9‑month freelance assignment. You will drive creative adaptation and media production for a leading fashion brand across multiple markets.

Reporting to the Regional Producer, you’ll coordinate regional teams, manage timelines, translations, and approvals, and ensure high‑volume delivery while upholding brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience across POS, OOH, Social Media, Online Video, TV and Cinema production.

Responsibilities

Create bespoke timelines based on channel and market lead times.
Brief creative studio on campaign specifics, timings and scope.
Hold daily stand-ups with the creative team for live status tracking.
Communicate translation, adaptation, approvals and deadlines to stakeholders.
Assess resource needs upfront to identify potential shortfalls.
Provide campaign feedback to the Regional Producer and update status.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as media agencies.
Support project planning, status, risks and challenges for Regions.
Triage production issues and escalate to the Regional Producer and Channel Leads.
Oversee digital and print campaigns across owned and bought media and multiple channels.
Drive precise execution, monitor progress and ensure delivery milestones.
Assist with offshore team stand-ups and escalation points to studio management.
