Your Job

As an Intake Care Representative, you will be a member of the Provider Services Organisation (PSO) CARE Team servicing the International Organisations with the processing of the Guarantee of Payments towards the hospital. CARE team is a team of non-clinically trained staff, and you will closely work together with the CARE teams worldwide (Madrid – Kuala Lumpur – Nairobi – Bengaluru).

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the timely sending of all Guarantees of Payments together with your colleagues. The Guarantee of Payment is a confirmation towards the hospital regarding length of admission, treatment and insured amount.
  • Analyze requests for medical treatments and hospitalizations, the amount and the length of stay depending on the policy. You verify the patient’s extent of cover, our relationship with the provider, the need for medical review and the costs.
  • Review and monitor the case from an administrative perspective and make sure to cascade the files to the teams of Case Coordination Case Managers, and Medical Advisors, depending on specific triggers.
  • Frequently be in contacts with medical providers and individual insured, mainly by email and phone, to obtain all necessary information.
  • Be the point of contact for hospitals regarding all their questions related to the Guarantee of Payment.
  • Manage the English language well, both spoken and written, as all our clients and medical providers are internationally located.

  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and in writing. Knowledge of other languages are a plus.
