Job summary

G selvi & associate is seeking an Insurance Advisor in Kedah to join our sales team. You will identify prospective clients, assess needs, and tailor insurance solutions, driving sales while ensuring clients obtain comprehensive coverage across life, general, and health lines.

You will build lasting client relationships, present quotations, and manage the end-to-end process from consultation to policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or advisory experience in insurance or related client-facing role.
• Understanding of life, general and health insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Fluency in Malay and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across market segments.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor insurance solutions.
• Present quotations and proposals to clients.
• Manage the sales process from consultation to policy issuance and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio with regular follow-ups.
• Educate clients on coverage options, terms, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
