SUMMARY

We are a mid‑sized automotive technology company based in Kuala Lumpur.

You will handle end‑to‑end operations while also assisting in general office support tasks to ensure operational efficiency and strong documentation control.

ABOUT THE JOB

Prepare, compile, and submit insurance to relevant insurance providers and third‑party administrators (TPAs).

Track and follow up on the status of cover note issuance consistently to ensure prompt settlement and reimbursement.

Communicate with insurance providers, policyholders, clients, and stakeholders.

Reissue the cover note based on insurer feedback and requirements.

Maintain a well‑organised filing system for documents digitally.

Generate weekly or monthly reports and update the superior.

Work closely with finance and accounting to reconcile insurance payments.

Provide clerical and administrative support to management and team members.

Handle document preparation, printing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and correspondence.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.

Experience working with third‑party administrators (TPAs) or insurance processes is preferred.

Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
