Job summary

Agilent Technologies, Inc. in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to assemble, test, and ship instruments. The role supports production demands, handles materials, and ensures proper A-SAP transactions while maintaining 5S and participating in continuous improvement programs.

Candidates should have SPM or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience, be able to read procedures, and be willing to work overtime or night shifts as needed. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification with 1–3 years manufacturing experience.
• Able to read and understand written procedures and instructions.
• Willing to work overtime and night shifts as required.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Physically fit for standing operation and lifting within limits.
• Soldering and chemical handling skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and ship instruments.
• Material handling/issuance to support production.
• Ensure production meets demand and planning requirements.
• Maintain 5S on the line and participate in continuous improvement (QLean).
• Process material incoming buyoff and ensure proper A-SAP transactions.
