City University Malaysia – Sepang, Selangor
Design and develop effective, interactive, and engaging courses across a variety of disciplines based on design documents, utilizing the ADDIE Model as a structured approach to creating impactful learning experiences.
Ensure all courses are consistent and aligned with Learning and Development guidelines and established institutional standards.
Write scripts and storyboards, incorporating graphics, audio, video, images, animation, and multimedia elements to support teaching and learning initiatives.
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of appropriate tools and resources used in the development of learning modules, including Microsoft Office Suite, Articulate 360, Canva, Camtasia, and AI tools.
Manage multiple learning course development projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.
Write, edit, format, and produce classroom materials that form integral components of learning courses.
Develop innovative instructional approaches that integrate industry trends and best practices in course design.
Assist with the CityU Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure the quality of course development, tool functionality, test accessibility, and compliance with institutional standards.
Provide training and support to faculty in adopting design document standards and best practices in instructional design.
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and applications to enhance course design and delivery.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the Line Manager.
