Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of work

Liaise with contractors, and project managers to address any issues or non-conformities

Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and design requirements

Document and report on the status of works, including any defects or deviations

Assist in the coordination and integration of works with other trades

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as needed

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

Degree in relevant engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Inspector of Work or similar role in the construction industry

Thorough understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and building regulations
